Magnesium chloride helps regulate melatonin levels to support sleep whilst reducing inflammation and discomfort from injuries or muscle tension. Calendula oil brings antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties alongside high vitamin C content to soothe irritated skin and promote cell regeneration. Lavender essential oil provides calming properties to relieve stress and nervous tension.
The cream base includes castor oil for deep hydration with anti-inflammatory benefits, cocoa butter for nourishment, and cetearyl alcohol for moisturising properties. Vitamin E protects the skin barrier whilst facilitating cell renewal. Beeswax creates a protective layer. This handmade cream is ideal for evening application to promote restful sleep, or for use on sore muscles, growing pains or areas of inflammation, offering gentle relief suitable for all ages.
